    Rachel Rofe has designed a diet system and program around enjoying the food that you are eating.  What could be better than that?  She has come up with a complete lifestyle change website that tracks progress and continues to work with you INDEFINITELY.  In other words, this decision will not burn out and fade away, but is designed to be used (with help from their site) Permanently. 

    Another benefit of YayFood is the price.  They will give a Trial offer of one month for only $4.95.  If you do not see results in that time simply cancel the program.  Almost no risk at all.  Of course they have a full 8 week no questions asked full refund policy on top of that TRIAL OFFER.  The only negative is that this program is relatively new, that is what keeps this program from being out top pick.  A wise investment!

    Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst (a well-known medical doctor) has come up with a plan for weight loss which deals with a little known (or little discussed) medical problem.  Her program is shocking and compelling.  Her Top Secret Fat Loss Secret program deals with the issue of parasites inside our bodies which are causing us to be fat (and unhealthy).

    Her program is designed to rid the body of parasites and then "shed" those unwanted pounds.  She has some shocking photos and video on her website which one should watch even if they do not follow her program.

    Her program has a high effectiveness rating, so many people are very happy with the program.  We can recommend it.  The price is reasonable (not as inexpensive as YaYFood!) and seems well worth the price.

    For thos looking for complete help with a food/lifestyle change, one of the other programs may serve you better.

    Warp Speed Fat Loss was developed by Alwyn Cosgrove and is designed for those who want to lose  massive weight FAST.  It is not a moderate system, but a system on sterioids for quick weight reduction.  Some of these other programs are "gentle", this program is not one of those. It is "in your face"  (without being mean).  Aggressive might be a better word for this program.

    Many people are very happy with the success they achieve with Warp Speed, and if you want to focus on food/lifestyle/and exercise then this is the program for you.  It is like having your own personal trainer to motivate you to change.

    The price is the only negative (relatively expensive at $97), but if you are under a major time constraint to shed pounds, this might be the program for you. Also, how much does a gym membership cost with a personal one on one trainer?  Because of the price I must recommend FatLoss4Idiots, YaYFood, and Top Secret Fat Loss Secret above Warp Speed Fat Loss.

    Dr. Isaac Boules Ph.D   has come up with a program called Eat weight off that seems to be very effective.  The success rate is very high, and the price is reasonable.   It is a relatively new product, so there is not that much data to analyze about the system.  The one thing that is amazing is that they have had 95% success in dealing with weight loss.  Pretty good odds for those who have been battling with weight loss for years!    

    Because of their newness I must recommend them in the 5th position.  A good value with impressive effectiveness, but not "battle tested" enough to make it to the top of the list YET.

Not Recommended

    Fat Loss Revealed is a program designed by Will Brink to help those looking to lose weight.  This program has had a lot of media attention lately and is "in front of the public eye."
