    We recommend Panic Away for a variety of different reasons.  One of the main reasons is that it has proven to be effective.  Joe Barry has designed a program that cuts through all the perifery and gets right to the point.  He is a straight shooter and we like the way he communicates.  He has a very high success rate and has had over 28,267 people successfully "cured" using his methods.  He has great support including a personal one-on-one consultation included in the price (how much does a visit to a therapist cost nowadays?).

    The cost is a bit pricey for us($67.95), but seems well worth the price.  There are very few returns and they are quick to refund the money IF the methods do not work.  All in all- Top of the line!

    The Linden Method has been around for a long time and is truly battle tested with other 98,744 "cured" patients.  There are a lot of happy people out there who have gotten a handle on their anxiety and panic attacks using the Linden Method.  They have good customer service and are an excellent value as well.  Included in their program is a personal one-on-one consultation  (like Panic Away) to make sure that you are succeeding in your attempt to terminate your panic attacks.

    The only negative is the price ($109).  Now it does include unlimited email advice and coaching for an entire year, but that price is what keeps this program from being out top pick.

#3 Recommendation

    Ian Spencer has come up with a program called Anxiety Free Today that seems to stop anxiety attacks quickly and efficiently.  It is a relatively new product, so there is not that much data to analyze about the system.  The one thing that is amazing is that they have had 100% success in dealing with panic attacks.  Now, they are new, and they don't have the huge success numbers that Panic Away and The Linden Method have, but they are also much less expensive.  

    Because of their newness I must recommend both Panic Away and The Linden Method above Anxiety Free Today.

Not Recommended

    Joe Mercer has put together a program of video and audio program that is called the Easy Calm Anxiety Treatment system.  It is relatively expensive (at $97) and though it does seem to work very well for some people, we cannot recommend it.  The success rate does not measure up to our standards (we typically can not recommend something with less than a 70% success rate).

    Now, this program might work for you (it works for 55% of those who purchase it), but we are not comfortable recommending something with that kind of a failure rate.  One thing that does speak very well for Joe and his program is that you can go to his website and watch the complete first lesson of his program for no cost.  Please do that if you are interested before purchasing!

    Of course, Joe has an 8 week no questions asked refund policy, so there is not really much risk, if he wouldn't have had that return policy, we simply would not have even reviewed him here.
